Starting Point
Where is the customer in the setup process?
Phase 2: Pre-Call Checklist
Verify these items before starting the setup call. This reduces setup friction and failed sessions.
Operator Script
Before we begin, I need a quick readiness check so we can complete your Mac setup in one session. Please confirm you have your monitor, cables, keyboard, mouse, Wi-Fi password, and your phone with Telegram ready.
Phase 3: Setup Assistant Wizard
Walk the customer through each macOS setup screen exactly in sequence. Use the script as written.
Phase 4: Post-Desktop Tasks
Complete remote access setup once the customer reaches the desktop.
Capture credentials carefully. Do not paste customer passwords into chat logs or tickets that are not approved for secrets.
Phase 5: Operator Takeover
Use these commands and scripts to move from guided setup to SSH-based installation.
I am now starting a secure Claude sign-in window. Please complete sign-in in your browser when prompted, then tell me once it says authentication completed.
Telegram Pairing Instructions
Ask the customer to open Telegram on their phone.
Confirm they can receive the bot invite or verification message.
Send pairing request from installer flow.
Have customer confirm the incoming prompt and approve.
Phase 6: Completion Summary
Finalize install details, then copy this summary into the customer record.
